Clients can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value.

With the new design of The Cage we are now able to accommodate an improved Winter and Spring Training experience. Whether you are looking for 2 cages or the whole facility, we are willing to work with you and your program to create the right Training Schedule that fits your program needs! Our Program rentals tend to book up quickly so we recommend booking them before the Fall season ends to ensure the time and space you would like!
